Swim (SUN): 1200m TT’s, Rest 10:00, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Bike (SUN): 12mile TT’s, Rest 10:00, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Run (SUN): 8K TT’s, Rest 10:00, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Row (SUN): 8K TT’s, Rest 10:00, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Ruck (SUN): 8K TT’s, Rest 10:00, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

*Recommended ranges 1 – 2 up to 3 on the bike
*Keep splits within 15-20 seconds

Bike (SUN): 12mile TT’s, Rest 10:00, Perform until pace or form deteriorates
