Bike (SUN): 3 – 6 x 15min TT’s, rest/spin 4min between efforts, perform until pace or form deteriorates
Run (SUN): 2 – 6 x 10min TT’s, rest/jog 4min between efforts, perform until pace or form deteriorates
Row (SUN): 2 – 6 x 10min TT’s, rest/jog 4min between efforts, perform until pace or form deteriorates
Ruck (SUN): 2 – 6 x 10min TT’s, rest/jog 4min between efforts, perform until pace or form deteriorates
