Row (TUES): 1000m repeats, rest 2:30, perform until pace or form deteriorates
Ruck (TUES): 800m repeats, rest 2:30, perform until pace or form deteriorates

*Perform sets based off mechanics, pace and goals
*Keep splits within 3-5 seconds
