Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following Sports

Swim (SUN): 1K TT, R 10min then 500m TT

Bike (SUN): 15K TT, R 10min then 5K TT

Run (SUN): 5K TT, R 10min then 1 Mile TT

Row (SUN): 5K TT, R 10min then 1 Mile TT

Ruck (SUN): 5K TT, R 10min then 1 Mile TT

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

Bike (OFF)

Swim (SAT): 1K TT, R 10min then 500m TT

Run (SUN): 5K TT, R 10min then 1 Mile TT
