Choose ONE of the following Sports

Swim (THURS): (50m – 25m), 45sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Bike (THURS): (45sec – 30sec), 45sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Run (THURS): (40sec – 20sec), 40sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Row (THURS): (40sec – 20sec), 40sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Ruck (THURS): (40sec – 20sec), 40sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Example: 40sec Run, 40sec Rest, 20sec Run, 40sec Rest, 40sec Run, 40sec rest…

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout
