• Reverse Lunges: 6 reps on each leg
• Romanian Deadlift: 12 reps
• Good Morning: 12 reps
• Front Squat: 6 reps
• Shoulder Press: 6 reps
• Bentover Row: 6 reps
• Floor Press: 12 reps

15 min AMRAP
Partner 1 holds green sandbag overhead while buddy completes:
10 Box step-ups while holding 2 DB’s
