Hang Muscle Snatch 5 x 3 reps
Snatch Balance (Power position then below par) 5 x 3 reps
Lats pulldown 4 x 10 reps
KB Lats Row 4 x 10 reps
Pistol squats (with support) 4 x 10 reps (2 sets for each leg)
