1 x 8 @ 65%
1 x 6 @ 70%
1 x 4 @ 75%
1 x 8 @ heavy set

Strict press – 4 x 3 (as heavy as possible)

3 sets: 3 weighted pull-ups + 6 strict pull-ups + 9 kipping pull-ups
