Halloween WOD 🙂

 

Alternate between partners. One exercises whilst the other holds plate.

 

Partner A:

100 Burpees

50 Pull ups

100 Step ups to 60cm box with Barbell in FR 45/35#

50 wallballs

100 Toes to Kettlebell

50 wallballs 9/7kg

100 Step ups to 60cm box with Barbell in FR 45/35#

50 Pull ups

100 Burpees

 

Person B:

Holds plate overhead 35/25#
