Partner A:

100 Double unders

50 Pull ups

100 Step ups to 60cm box with Barbell in FR 45/35#

50 kneeling to squat jumps with sandbag

100 Slam Balls 9/7kg

50 kneeling to squat jumps with sandbag

100 Step ups to 60cm box with Barbell in FR 45/35#

50 Pull ups

100 Double unders

 

Person B:

Holds plate overhead 35/25#
