Row (TUES): 2:00 ON, 1:30 OFF, 1:30 ON, 1:30 OFF , Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Ruck (TUES): 2:00 ON, 1:30 OFF, 1:30 ON, 1:30 OFF , Perform until pace or form deteriorates
