Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following Sports…

Swim (THURS): Every 2:00 complete 50m repeat, rest for time remaining, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Bike (THURS): Every 2:00 complete 600m repeat, rest/spin for time remaining, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Run (THURS): Every 2:00 complete 200m repeat, rest for time remaining, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Row (THURS): Every 2:00 complete 200m repeat, rest for time remaining, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Ruck (THURS): Every 2:00 complete 200m repeat, rest for time remaining, perform until pace or form deteriorates

*Recommended range 6 – 15 repeats

*Choose reps based off mechanics, pace and goals

*Keep 200m with 2-3seconds
