Swim (THURS): 100m repeats, Rest 1:1, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Bike (THURS): 800m repeats, Spin/Rest 1:1, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Run (THURS): 400m repeats, Rest 1:1, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Row (THURS): 400m repeats, Rest 1:1, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

Ruck (THURS): 400m repeats, Rest 1:1, Perform until pace or form deteriorates

*Recommended range 4 – 10

*1:1 IE 400m = 1:30, Rest 1:30

*Perform sets based off pace, mechanics and goals
