Bike (THURS): “Short Tosh” (:20 – :40 – :60), Rest 1:1

Run (THURS): “Short Tosh” (50m – 100m – 200m), Rest 1:1

Row (THURS): “Short Tosh” (50m – 100m – 200m), Rest 1:1

Ruck (THURS): “Short Tosh” (50m – 100m – 200m), Rest 1:1

*Example 50m = :10, rest :10, 100m – :20, rest :20…

*Recommended range 2 – 5 sets
