Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following Sports…

Swim (THURS): 100m repeats, recovery swim 50m, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Bike (THURS): 800m repeats, recovery spin 400m, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Run (THURS): 400m repeats, recovery jog 200m, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Row (THURS): 500m repeats, recovery row 250m, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Ruck (THURS): 400m repeats, recovery jog 200m, perform until pace or form deteriorates

*Perform sets based off mechanics, pace and goals

*Recommended range 4 – 15, keep splits within 2-3 seconds
