Bike (SUN): 12 Mile @ 90% 5K TT

Run (SUN): 4 Mile @ 90% 5K TT

Row (SUN): 4 Mile @ 90% 5K TT

Ruck (SUN): 4 Mile @ 90% 5K TT

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

OFF Strength and Conditioning

Swim (SAT): 800m @ 90% 500m TT

Bike (SUN): 12 Mile @ 90% 5K TT
