Bike (SUN): 90min TT, test sweat rate if desired

Run (SUN): 60min TT, test sweat rate if desired

Row (SUN): 60min TT, test sweat rate if desired

Ruck (SUN): 60min TT, test sweat rate if desired

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

OFF Strength and Conditioning

OFF (SAT)

Brick (SUN): 75min TT bike into 45min TT run, test sweat rate if desired
