Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following Sports…

Swim (THURS): 50m repeats with t-Shirt, rest 1:30, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Bike (THURS): 600m hill repeats, rest/descend 2:00, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Run (THURS): 200m hill repeats, rest/descend 2:00, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Row (THURS): 250m rower repeats (high damper) rest 2:00, perform until pace or form deteriorates

Ruck (THURS): 200m hill Repeats, rest/Descend 2:00, perform until pace or form deteriorates

*Recommended repeat range 4 – 12

*Longer rest period, splits should be fast and consistent 1-3seconds
