Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following Sports

Swim (THURS): (50m – 25m) repeats, 45sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Bike (THURS): (45sec – 30sec), 45sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Run (THURS): (40sec – 20sec), 40sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Row (THURS): (40sec – 20sec), 40sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Ruck (THURS): (40sec – 20sec), 40sec rest, perform until form/pace deteriorates

Example… Run 40sec, R 40sec, Run 20sec, R 40sec …
