Bike (TUES): Repeat 500m, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates

Run (TUES): Repeat 400m, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates

Row (TUES): Repeat 500m, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates

Ruck (TUES): Repeat 500m, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates
