Run (TUE): Repeat 800m, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates

Row (TUE): Repeat 1k, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates

Ruck (TUE): Repeat 1M, recover 3:00 until form/pace deteriorates
