I go, you go

5 rounds for time

40 Calorie Row (20 each)
20 Wallballs (must be 10 unbroken each)– 5 burpee penalty for each break
30 Alternating Box Jumps (i go, you go)

 

Single Sport Endurance Workout

Choose ONE of the following sports

Swim (SUN): 1600m TT

Bike (SUN): 40k TT

Run (SUN): 13.1M TT

Row (SUN): 15k TT

Ruck (SUN): 18M TT

 

Multi-Sport Endurance Workout

Perform each workout on the day listed

Swim (OFF): OFF

Bike (OFF): OFF

Run (SAT or SI): 13.1M TT
