A. 5 rds per person: 10 Ring Pushups while partner does AMRAP lateral jumps over Partner and switch.

B. Standing 5 feet apart MB 9/7kg toss to Squat (50 each) if the ball touches the ground at any point – pair runs 150m together.

C. 50 synchronized Russian KBS facing each other 1.5/1pd
