OUR 4 WEEK PALEO CHALLENGE KICKS OFF ON MON/11 NOV.
Dates: 11 NOV – 9 DEC
$20 Entry Fee
**The entry fee will be divided between the winners just like last year.
This year we’ll work on a point system to track our progress.
POINT SYSTEM
5 points per day can be earned
1 point for sleep (6+ hours)
2 points for following Paleo nutrition (for ALL your meals)
2 points for exercise (mostly CrossFit but includes Yoga/Climbing/Diving on your rest day)
Drinking Alcohol = Lose 5 points! (Talking to you, Seth!)
YOUR WEEKLY SCORE WILL BE LOGGED EVERY SATURDAY ON THE WHITE BOARD.
BONUS POINTS WHAMMIES (you have to complete the task in order to log the points – “half” efforts won’t count)
A. Sending weekly food log to Juria = 20 points (4 food logs in total to be received ON TIME in order to qualify)
B. 2.5 hours of planking in the 4 weeks = 10 points
That is average 5 min a day – can be normal plank or side planks
**Planks in wod do NOT count! NICE TRY THOUGH…
C. 1,000 Double Unders in 4 weeks = 15 points
D. 400 Pistols in 4 weeks = 20 points
E. 200 GHD situps full ROM = 25 points

Record start and ending weight as well as your strength numbers on MON/11 NOV.
On MON/11 NOV we’ll test your Back Squat as well as your Endurance (more on that later).

A very good question from Seth. e.g. could I go to a champagne brunch, eat paleo, but get smashed off champers, and only lose 5 points, orrr…….?

Yep, but let’s try to minimize it yeah. You’ll have to make up for the loss with planks, double unders and all other kinds of nasty bits.
