Halloween TEAM WOD
2 Person team to perform the following for time:-
20 Partner Deadlifts 210/155#
30 Pull ups
20 Front Squats 140/105#
50 Partner Lateral Burpees
20 Push Jerks 90/60#
30 Box Jumps 24/20″

3+ Hours Before or After CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD
Single-Sport (SS)
Choose ONE of the following sports:
Swim (THU): 3 – 400m TTs, recover 5:00 between efforts
Bike (THU): 3 x 1M TTs, recover 5:00 between efforts
Run (THU): 3 x 800m TTs, recover 5:00 between efforts
Row (THU): 3 x 1000m TTs, recover 5:00 between efforts
Ruck (THU): 3 x 1M TTs, recover 5:00 between efforts , 50# Ruck/Boots/Utes
Post sport, times, and total number of intervals to comments.
Multi-Sport (3S)
Choose ONE of the following sports:

    30 seated ring pull ups

    50 lateral burpees
    20 jerks – 30#
    50 box step ups

    Time: 15:40

    Think the first thing that went through Brittan’s head after the wod was that she survived the burpees… Hahaha..
