3+ Hours Before or After CFE Strength & Conditioning WOD

Single-Sport (SS)

Choose ONE of the following sports:

Swim (TUE): 3 – 6 x 200m w/ 90sec rest

Bike (TUE): 3 – 6 x 2M w/ 2 min spin/rest

Run (TUE): 3 – 6 x 800m w/ 3 min rest

Row (TUE): 3 – 6 x 800m w/ 3 min rest (Experiment to find your optimal Drag Factor)

Ruck (TUE): 3 – 6 x 800m w/ 3 min rest @ 55# Ruck/Boots/Utes

Multi-Sport (3S)

Choose ONE of the following sports:

Swim (MON): 3 – 6 x 200m w/ 90sec rest

Bike (WED): 3 – 6 x 2M w/ 2 min spin/rest

Run (TUE): 3 – 6 x 800m w/ 3 min rest
